The MGA-06Z-800D is a high-speed zipper bag making machine with in-line zipper strip lamination, producing resealable zipper bags such as Ziploc-style, IKEA-style, grape, and slider zipper bags. The MGA-47D-800 kraft bubble mailer machine produces padded envelopes that combine a kraft paper exterior laminated with PE with a 2- or 3-layer flat bubble film interior on a paper core, plus a releasing film for the adhesive closure strip. Size is set by servo motor and digital computer with a photocell sensor, covering an effective cutting width of Max. 640 mm and effective cutting length of Max. 500 mm.Three sides and the bottom are firmly welded using both upper and lower heating elements plus ultrasonic sealing, and the bottom mold can be changed to switch bag length.
