Materials

• Thickness in 40-150 $\mu$, heat-sealable laminated materials or other multi-layer materials. (When producing stand-up pouches / doypacks, the material thickness should be 80-150 $\mu$).

Main Power

• The main power AC servo motor with driver provides precise heat-sealing time control, suitable for isochronous heat-sealing control systems.

Feeding Motor

• Equipped with two sets of feeding servo motors, which can greatly increase machine speed and make bag-making length more precise.

Unwinding Section

• Horizontal unwinding mechanism equipped with cantilever/movable mechanical shaft with 3” adapters, making loading and unloading easier and more convenient.
• Equipped with roll diameter calculation-based automatic tension controller, providing continuous and stable unwinding tension control.
• Equipped with full-automatic edge/line position controller (LPC) to make heat-sealing and trimming match the material printing position.
• Newly improved dancer roller provides more stable tension before materials enter the heat-sealing station.
• Gusset tucking device allows adjustment of gusset depth and features pre-forming function to prevent material wandering and make the heat-sealing position more precise.

Bag-Making Section

• AFM-73SZ can manufacture four different types of bags: 3-side seal bags, bottom-gussetless stand-up pouches, 3-side seal zipper bags, and bottom-gussetless stand-up zipper pouches.
• When manufacturing 3-side seal bags, 3-lane production can be performed within the maximum raw material width range.
• When manufacturing zipper bags, bottom-gussetless stand-up pouches, and folded bags, 1-lane production can be performed within the maximum raw material width range.
• Equipped with ultrasonic sealer to flatten the zipper edge-sealing portion, making the seal more aesthetic and smooth, and preventing leakage issues.
• Equipped with double-length bag control system to extend the maximum bag length range when producing 3-side seal bags (maximum multiplier: 9 times).
• Equipped with automatic heat-sealing station lifting device upon machine stop to prevent overheating during shutdowns.
• Equipped with adjustable K-type heat-sealing mold, suitable for larger-sized stand-up pouches.
• Safety cutter design provides operators with enhanced safety protection.

Machine Maintenance

• Uses capped bearings which require no lubrication, extending component service life while simplifying maintenance work.
• Computer control system, touch screen control, and triple servo control system.
• Can control isochronous heat-sealing time, significantly reducing material waste during trial runs. Heat-sealing temperature settings do not need to be changed when adjusting machine speed.
• Equipped with a touch screen for easier and smoother operation.
• Built-in heat-sealing temperature controller allows direct setting on the touch screen for convenient and precise control.
• Can choose between automatic alarm / automatic stop operation modes when machine errors occur.
• Alarm messages are automatically displayed on the screen.
• Built-in database can store 100 sets of job parameters.
• Operation and maintenance procedures are also stored in the computer control system and can be consulted at any time.
