The design of the MBE model has four sets of traveling cylinders inside of the movable platen to close the mold and to build up the clamping force at the center of the platen.

1本機台採用進口低炫光濾光近紅外線燈管(NIR)燈管，配合熱風循環系統，可快速將膠水內外層均勻烘乾活化，使鞋面與大底更好的貼合。 2設有兩條快送帶，一條承接上一段定型好的鞋面與配好的大底進行洗藥水，另一條貼好底的鞋子快送到壓底處壓底。 3採用SCR高精確恆溫控制系統，可依材質要求，調節紅外線的能量強弱(光亮度)，節省電能。 4環形旋轉式輸送機採用上下兩層，上層放大底，下層放鞋面，適合于小型生產線使用。 5三色警告燈(紅、黃、綠)可清楚顯示機臺的工作、維修、生產狀況，安全性能高。 6貼底處設有電熱保溫裝置，可獨立控制，確保膠水的貼合性。 7刷膠位工作臺附吸膠位設備，整體設計，既環保又美觀方便。 8工作位兩側，設有緊急停止按鈕，有緊急故障可安全停機。 9每個烘箱可烘乾活化3-4個鞋架，速度快、效率高。 10.可調式置鞋架，適合於各種鞋型。
