The MGA-06Z-800D is a high-speed zipper bag making machine with in-line zipper strip lamination, producing resealable zipper bags such as Ziploc-style, IKEA-style, grape, and slider zipper bags. Three sets of servo motors control web tension for high-speed production, and the in-line zipper strip sealing station bonds the zipper strip in the same pass as side sealing.A Taiwan-made PLC controller provides stable operation, with bag size set by servo motor. A mark sensor tracks printed material for registration, and the unwinding station uses auto tension control. The MGA-47D-800 kraft bubble mailer machine produces padded envelopes that combine a kraft paper exterior laminated with PE with a 2- or 3-layer flat bubble film interior on a paper core, plus a releasing film for the adhesive closure strip. Size is set by servo motor and digital computer with a photocell sensor, covering an effective cutting width of Max. 640 mm and effective cutting length of Max. 500 mm.Three sides and the bottom are firmly welded using both upper and lower heating elements plus ultrasonic sealing, and the bottom mold can be changed to switch bag length. WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine. The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production. This machine also combined heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer+heat seal) coating in one pass. The coating unit has alternative function with direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems. Coating trolley along with self-pump system and able for quick job change.
