SCM系列计量式色母混合机适用于新料、次料、色母或添加剂等的自动比例混合。该产品的马达减速比为38:1，螺杆直径区分为12、16、20、30mm四种，可演变出四种机型提供0.1~110kg/hr的不同输出量供客户选择。另有双色色母机，可依客户需求搭配任意两台色母机合并使用。若客户使用四色色母机可实现五组份自动比例混合。当用于PET高温场合时，可采用高温型色母机SCM-H，该机型需注入常温冷却水。 SCM支持挤出机模式，当用于搭配挤出机使用时，只需简单的线路调整，即可实现色母计量与挤出机螺杆转速的联动，保证色母的添加比例始终稳定。由于色母料的添加比例比较小，其消耗量也较小，则可搭配正压空气填料机VL实现色母料的自动补充。

The KMTL-55 is a two-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE high-speed plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine, producing two-layer PE film at widths up to 1,400 mm for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.The extruder is built around a Ø 55mm x 2 screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and a 30 HP AC driving motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø350 mm die and Ø400 mm air ring.
