The KMTL-55 is a two-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE high-speed plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine, producing two-layer PE film at widths up to 1,400 mm for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.The extruder is built around a Ø 55mm x 2 screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and a 30 HP AC driving motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø350 mm die and Ø400 mm air ring.
