FIMIC特别设计两层换网在一组过滤系统ERA内。这两个换网带有独立的流道，独立的两层换网。虽然在同一个主体里，但是带脏污的塑胶料流动不影响各自的流道和网面。 第一层网面先除去大部分的杂质，第二层网面将做更精细的处理，确保制造出来的塑胶颗粒拥有高品质。 第一层网面可以使用冲孔式网面（400~2000 micron）以节省成本，第二层网面再使用雷射刻制网面（100~300micron）。如此确保过滤过程完整，且大大节省换网配件的使用成本！
