PLA/ PBAT Blown Film Machine

The PLA/PBAT Blown Film Machine (GF-LB Series) is a blown film line configured for compostable and biodegradable resins based on PLA and PBAT. It produces tubular film from these compounds for downstream bag making, in the same way that JANDI'S GF-L series does for conventional polyethylene, and is listed in the showroom specification table as the GF-LB Series with film width and extruder size selected per model.

The line is built from an extruder, a blown film die, an air ring, a take-up tower and a winder. Options include an auto loader, manual screen changer, pressure gauge, die rotating unit, corona treater, flying knife, second station winder, air shaft and air chiller. Film width, output and configuration are confirmed with the buyer at quotation; the specification table below lists the series range.
