A. 标准双色 采四柱立式锁模，并在上模板有2个独立的立式射出单元（独立的射出液压油路）外加圆盘所组合的双色射出机。 - 锁模力为90TON ~ 500TON，采用电脑控制，特别配置的液压系统，更适合 生产一般或特殊的双色（双物料）的射出成型。 - 上模板配置二个上模具，圆盘上配置三个下模具，成型时，圆盘120°逆时钟 旋转，即可完成双色(双物料)的射出成型或包覆成型。 - 高效率的圆盘，中间有水套装置，可供下模具的冷却运水。 - 可扩充电脑程序及特别的多站式圆盘（即二上模，四下模），并可在此二下模具加装自动化的嵌入与取出装置，即可达到全机的自动化作业，增加生产效能。 B. 其他双色 - 型1：在原有射出机的上模板，另加装一组独立的直立“射出单元”所组合的 双色射出机。 - 例：YH/YR/YC机型+直立射出。 - 型2：在原有射出机上，再加装一组或多组独立的卧式（水平）射出单元，所 组合的双色射出机。 - 例：YH/YR机型+卧式（水平射出）。 - 型3：由两种机型并合，共用一个“圆盘”所组合的双色射出机。 - 例：a、YH机型 + YT机型+圆盘（2站 ~ 4站） b、YH机型 + YH机型+圆盘（2站 ~ 4站）

One mold for injection molding, another mold for material taking and putting on embedded parts.
