This Intensive Mixer is designed for mixing compounds and specific plastic. The structure of the machine consists of the main air cylinder, floating weight, feeding door, mixing chamber, rotors and discharge device. When performing mixing compound operations, the material and ingredients are fed together into the mixing chamber. The material in the mixing chamber is repeatedly sheared and squeezed by the rotors. This provides a series of chemical rotations between the material and the ingredients, which enables the material pieces to stick together into a paste mass shape. Mixing compound operations are performed according to the set temperature and conditions. This specially designed mixing machine provides efficient mixing and refining for a wide range of raw materials, such as raw rubber, resins, asphalt, cellulose, PVC ane EVA…etc.

The MGB-RP-120 is Ming Jilee's air cooling type recycling and pelleting machine, reprocessing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into resin pellets. Waste material can be fed directly into the inlet without pre-crushing in a separate crusher, since the machine's construction smashes and pellets the material in one step.Operation is straightforward: each heater's temperature is preset in advance, and once all temperature gauges reach the set point, the operator waits roughly 20 - 30 minutes before starting. The MGR-MINIROLL-1600 is Ming Jilee's coreless rewinding machine, purpose-built for rewinding air bubble film (bubble Ø 10 mm) and EPE foam (thickness 1 - 5 mm). It uses an integrated heat needle sealing system in place of traditional tape sealing, plus a cantilever shaft design for quick loading of the mother roll.A proximity switch control automatically stops the machine in case of malfunction, and a fully motorized nip roll cylinder with a built-in pneumatic cutting mechanism keeps material feeding stable and cutting precise.
