切粒系统: 切粒机

该系统由模头，冷却水槽，切粒机等组成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融，由模头出料成圆条状，由操作人员牵引入水槽冷却，再牵引入切粒机切粒。适用于热塑性塑胶的填充改质造粒，目前使用于大多数塑胶之生产，结构简单，操作方便，维护容易，造价低。大部份塑料都适用。
