PSB 系列--同向双螺杆进料机是PSM同向双螺杆押出机的重要周边设备，由弘煜机械有限公司以多年实务经验设计制造。 PSB同向双螺杆进料机设有大型入料口，可顺畅入料。其螺杆有共轭、非共轭等多种型式，可依照所加工之原料形态及物性的不同，选择适用的螺杆，且螺杆的更换快速方便。配置同向共轭型双螺杆时，会具有强大的正位移动输送能力，及螺杆自清功能，亦具有进料量高、进料稳定等特点，加上其良好的排气效果，特别适用于各种粉未型、潮湿型、低摩擦系数型及粉粒混合型等塑胶原料或辅料的进料。如配置单头、T形螺纹、非共轭型螺杆时，因其具有较深的螺槽和较宽的螺槽容积，可广泛适用于各种粒状、片状、纤维状及粉状物料的增量输送。 PSB进料机通过下料管与本公司出产的PSM同向双螺杆押出机的主进料口联接，亦可依客户需求配合至其他厂牌的押出机使用。此外，依据实际加工制程或客户要求，还可增配预混装置、震荡装置和加热及冷却装置，以符合实际制程之需要。

The KML-45S/55S is a stretch film plastic inflation making machine that converts LDPE/LLDPE pellets into stretch film through blown film extrusion, with adjustable film thickness and width. 传统人工配色需经多次对色、拆装、搅拌，搬运等繁杂手续，且对工厂环境及工作人员的健康危害极大，而本公司色料色母自动计量器与各类成型机同步自动配色混料，可节省工时、原料、仓储空间、采购成本及防止工厂环境之污染。 透过专利设计的底座，色母料与塑料粒不会累积在入口处与螺杆间，可将色料、色母、添加剂和能自由滑落的粉末料、粉碎 料及主要原料等精确地自动计量，避免人工配色混料所产生的误差及原料的浪费，使成型品的颜色保持一致性。 成型品颜色的转换只需清理本机之进料螺旋杆，短时间内 即可改变颜色，省时又方便。 内部做过特殊处理，计量精准且无死角，容易清理，无卡料之烦恼。 转速(R.P.M)不受外界电源不稳定之干扰，能精确固定于所设定的转速，因此添加色料、色母或其他添加剂时皆能保持均匀稳定。 只需将主原料的使用量及色料、色母或其他添加剂之添加率输入，计算机即自动运算转速，操作简单，且有多组记亿储存功能，使成型工作之 转换更加得心应手。 针对间歇进料之射出成型机，亦配备有自动定时器，可免除成型机进料时间不定，造成色母添加量不稳定的困扰。

Multihead Weigher Working Principle The multihead weigher or computer combination weigher usually uses different weigh heads to measure the precise weight of the products. After the product is fed into the top of the multihead combination weigher, the internal distribution system of the weigher starts working. This system distributes the product. With the help of linear feed plates, different linear feeders will deliver some product into the feed hopper. For example, if you are using a 14-head multihead weigher machine, there will normally be 14 linear feeders that will deliver products to 14 feed hoppers. After the products are delivered to the hopper, the load cell begins to calculate the weight of the product in the weigh hopper, and the processor in the multihead weigher then calculates the best combination of available weights needed to achieve the desired target weight.

The GF-S/SV series is JANDI'S range of servo-driven side sealing bag making machines, covering four cutting widths so that a converter can match the machine to its bag sizes.
