The KCR-100 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 80-200 kgs / hr.Waste is crushed by a 15 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 100 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 71.7 kw across 6 zones and driven by an AC 60 hp inverter motor.
