筛分设备用来分离夹杂在PET瓶回收中的泥沙，金属，石头，玻璃，标签，粉尘等杂质，整瓶筛分为后段PET瓶片的清洗粉碎奠定基础，减少设备运行磨损和产能消耗，提高生产效率。后段瓶片筛分有效提升最终成品瓶片的质量。 宝绿特提供滚筒筛，碟形筛，PET 风选三种筛分设备。碟形筛较滚筒筛占地面积更精简，碟形筛可分别置于解包及整瓶洗涤单元后，去除瓶体表面的泥沙，标签杂质等，置于整瓶清洗后，可均匀分散瓶子的入料分布以及去除清洗后瓶体表面的水份等杂质。滚筒筛可分别分离出杂质中的瓶盖和泥沙。 宝绿特风选设备有两种规格。Z型风选机和利用重力与机械结构有效分离瓶片中的游离粉尘，细小塑料标签和薄膜。

The welding feature is that the deformation of the joint is less, the material is not melted, and the thermal influence of the material is not significantly changed. The fragile cast structure or the intermetallic compound can be obtained, and the fusion of the foil and the small joint can be achieved without strong resistance welding. Long foil can be applied by roller type continuous welding. KWG0935 model can be applied to lithium battery copper aluminum foil and aluminum nickel sheet welding, copper aluminum foil spot welding, capacitor copper aluminum foil spot welding, etc. KWG2020 model can be applied to lithium battery aluminum shell and aluminum nickel sheet welding, wire and terminal welding, wire butt welding, wire and metal plate welding, metal plate spot welding, etc........
