The MGB-RP-120 is Ming Jilee's air cooling type recycling and pelleting machine, reprocessing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into resin pellets. Waste material can be fed directly into the inlet without pre-crushing in a separate crusher, since the machine's construction smashes and pellets the material in one step.Operation is straightforward: each heater's temperature is preset in advance, and once all temperature gauges reach the set point, the operator waits roughly 20 - 30 minutes before starting. A hydraulic screen exchanging device allows quick screen changes, a vision window on the barrel lets the operator observe pelleting in progress, granule size is adjusted via the inverter, and an IN-FEED pneumatic pressing cylinder supports production capacity.
