离心式脱水机 PSL
PSL系列--离心式脱水机，是弘煜机械有限公司精心设计专为塑料或橡胶制粒的脱水功能而开发制造的，亦为橡塑料水中制粒及水环制粒过程中必须使用的外围设备。 PSL离心式脱水机是运用高速离心脱水原理及扇叶输送与热蒸发功能，将PSQ水中切粒机或PSF水环式切粒机所输出的水和橡塑料粒子混合物，经滤水、离心脱水，热蒸发、运送四个步骤，达成橡塑料颗粒的脱水干燥过程。 PSL离心式脱水机不仅脱水效率高于传统的振动式干燥机，且产能高、占地面积小、噪音低，是目前橡塑料制粒系统中最先进的脱水设备。PSL离心式脱水机亦可单机使用或取代传统的振动式干燥设备。
单螺杆挤干机RD350

● 有别于市面上的挤干机，本公司最新研发的螺杆挤干机，将清洗后含有水分的塑料挤干，挤干后的塑料含水分可低于3%，且出料稳定。 ● 螺杆大小：350mm。 ● 适合挤干原料：PP.PE.LDPE.HDPE…。 ● 产量500～1000kg/hr(不同马达不同产量)。 ● 可以置于造粒线直接造粒。 ● 产量增加60%。 ● 挤干后水分低于3%。
双螺杆挤干机(客制RDF-5)
