单螺杆进料机

PSA系列--单螺杆进料机是同向双螺杆押出机的重要周边设备，由弘煜机械有限公司以多年实际经验设计制造。 PSA进料机设有大型入料口，能使物料输送顺畅。具有螺杆型式可以选择的特点，并可依照所使用的物料形态及物性，选择不同型式的输送螺杆，包括双标准输送螺杆、单头输送螺杆、T型输送螺杆及弹簧式输送螺杆，螺杆的更换快速方便。 PSA进料机通过下料管与本公司出产的PSM同向双螺杆押出机的主进料口联接，亦可依客户需求配合至其他厂牌的押出机使用。另外，依据加工制程或客户要求，另可增配预混装置、震荡装置及加温或冷却装置，以配合实际生产之需要。

PSL系列--离心式脱水机，是弘煜机械有限公司精心设计专为塑料或橡胶制粒的脱水功能而开发制造的，亦为橡塑料水中制粒及水环制粒过程中必须使用的外围设备。 PSL离心式脱水机是运用高速离心脱水原理及扇叶输送与热蒸发功能，将PSQ水中切粒机或PSF水环式切粒机所输出的水和橡塑料粒子混合物，经滤水、离心脱水，热蒸发、运送四个步骤，达成橡塑料颗粒的脱水干燥过程。 PSL离心式脱水机不仅脱水效率高于传统的振动式干燥机，且产能高、占地面积小、噪音低，是目前橡塑料制粒系统中最先进的脱水设备。PSL离心式脱水机亦可单机使用或取代传统的振动式干燥设备。

切粒系统: 水下( 模面)

该系统由三通阀，模头，冷却水室，切粒机，循环水管，离心脱水机等组成，配合周边之循环冷却水系统组合而成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融，由三通阀切换进料经由模头出料，在出料的瞬间，由切刀将塑胶切割，切割后的塑胶粒由循环水带向脱水机，此切粒之塑胶粒一般成圆球状。此系统特别于模面直接与水接处，所以温度控制相当重要，适用于低熔点、高粘度、不易水冷的塑胶材料，最常用于具弹性之塑胶材料。在操作上使用PLC控制易上手，刀具模面运转耗材成本低，且通过水下(模面)切粒系统生产的颗粒形状和大小均匀。主要用于PP、TPU、TPR、TPE等塑料。
