PSM系列【同向双螺杆押出机】为弘煜机械有限公司多年研发制造的主要系列产品。高速同向旋转双螺杆押出机，主要用于塑、橡胶料的连续填充、共混、增强、脱气、反应、着色等混链制粒，且亦适用于食品及药品的连续混合、膨化、糊化、挤出等连续制程。 PSM同向双螺杆押出机的料缸与螺纹块均采用组合方式，其特点为置换、维修、调整便利，尤其是利用螺纹块不同的组合功能，可适用于各种原物料严苛的品质要求。 PSM同向双螺杆押出机控制系统采用PLC 工业级程式控制器，并配置高阶触控式操作萤幕，可进行自动或手动操作，亦可纪录及显示押出机的操作参数。该触控萤幕色彩画面美观，操作简便。操作程式并具有异常警报、异常停机、连锁控制等安全保护功能。此外，系统还兼具远端网路通讯连线功能，可与其他周边设备或中央控制系统监控连线。 PSM同向双螺杆押出机亦配备多项操作安全保护装置，其设计规范与制造流程均符合CE 等国际相关之安全标准。
