The KPP-65/75 is a high-speed P.P. plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine available in two widths — 650 mm (KPP-65) and 900 mm (KPP-75) — for applications such as plastic garment bags. The KPP-65 runs a Ø 65 mm screw (28:1 L/D ratio) with a 30 HP AC driving motor, a Ø300 mm die, and a Ø450 mm air ring; the KPP-75 runs a Ø 75 mm screw with a 40 HP AC driving motor, a Ø450 mm die, and a Ø700 mm air ring. The KMTL-55 is a two-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE high-speed plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine, producing two-layer PE film at widths up to 1,400 mm for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap. The extruder is built around a Ø 55mm x 2 screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and a 30 HP AC driving motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø350 mm die and Ø400 mm air ring. Film thickness ranges from 0.025 to 0.15 mm, output reaches 20-150 kgs/hr, and the take-up unit runs at speeds up to 45 m/min.
