水中制粒系统

PSQ系列--水中切粒机，是弘煜机械有限公司为塑胶或橡胶的水中制粒功能而设计制造的，为PSM双螺杆押出机在押出制粒过程中重要的周边设备。 PSQ水中切粒机将PSM双螺杆押出机的熔融原料透过一个多孔的模头押出后，立即被充满切粒室中的水降温冷却，并由紧贴模面，且经特别设计的高速旋转刀具，将熔料切入流动水中。冷却水从切粒室的下部进入，再从上部流出，经过密闭的水流管道，将切下的粒子充分冷却然后，送入PSL离心式脱水机中脱水干燥。而冷却水则在过滤后被送回水箱循环使用。 PSQ水中切粒机与PSL离心式脱水机配合使用，可形成一完整之水中制粒系统，特别是对硬度较低，黏度高的材质，更能产生最大经济效益，其产能高、产品品质稳定、机具噪音低，是目前最先进的制粒设备。
冷切粒机-PSH

• PSH 系列--冷切粒机，是由弘煜机械有限公司为配合塑、橡胶原料制粒生产而自行研发的冷切粒设备，亦为同向双螺杆押出机重要的外围设备。由于押出成条状的塑、橡胶料在进入切粒机前已经被充分冷却与除水，因此切粒加工过程简单，可适用于各种塑料或橡胶材料的制粒加工。 • PSH冷切粒机之刀具采用高硬度的合金制作，加之精密的结构设计，使得刀具使用寿命长，机器负载时震动小、噪音低。此外，另款机型并配置有切粒长短同步控制功能，可依制粒要求调整切粒长短，此一系列切粒机具有防潮、排水、可清洗、操作简单、维修方便等特点。 • PSH冷切粒机在运转时，刀具部分完全封闭于防护罩内，外部并装有设紧急停俥装置，以保护操作人员和机器的安全。
