Side Sealing Bag Making Machine(GF-S/SV Series)

The GF-S/SV series is JANDI'S range of servo-driven side sealing bag making machines, covering four cutting widths so that a converter can match the machine to its bag sizes. The GF-24SE/SV pairs with the GF-S600/SV at 600 mm cutting width, followed by the GF-32SE/SV and GF-S800/SV at 800 mm, the GF-40SE/SV and GF-S1000/SV at 1000 mm, and the GF-50SE/SV and GF-S1200/SV at 1200 mm. Cutting length is 800 mm across the series, on film from 0.01 - 0.1 mm.SE models run at Max. 200 Cycles/Min and S models at Max. 150 Cycles/Min. Every machine in the series carries a rear feeder with gusset, fold, slitter and adhesive tape applicator, HMI control, a YASKAWA/JAPAN servo drive, a SICK/GERMANY printing scanner, a conveying belt and a collecting table. The GF-BW Series is a blown film machine for water soluble film. It extrudes PVA based water soluble compounds into tubular film for water soluble bags and packaging, and is one of the water soluble blown film listings in JANDI'S showroom alongside the GF-AV models. Offered as a series, it lets extruder size and film width be matched to the intended bag or packaging application.As a blown film line it is built around an extruder, a blown film die, an air ring, a take-up tower and a winder. Alu-Foil HSL Coating Machine (WAC Series)
WACL series is not just a convention dry laminating machine. The cold form foil is very much concerned proper & precise tension control to handle such thick laminates. In terms of tension control, this machine has mainly designed for Alu-alu foil multi-layers lamination. The arch dryer roller has synchronized with line speed, it’s very low friction and steady when film pass through the dryer. The internal drying chamber has safety LEL detection, this system can automatically discharge when detected high VOC occur during the production. This machine also combined heat seal lacquering coating function. Additional primer coating unit before lacquering unit, so it allows to apply two side (primer+heat seal) coating in one pass. The coating unit has alternative function with direct gravure and semi-flexo coating systems. Coating trolley along with self-pump system and able for quick job change.
