The TOSBR-40-G2+OS-C is Ming Jilee's fully automatic high speed T-shirt bag and bottom sealing bags-on-roll (with core) making machine, built with hot slitting and a side gusseting device to produce rolled T-shirt bags in one automated line.It runs a bag length of 350 mm and bag width of 180 - 330 mm, processing film at 0.006 - 0.035 mm thickness at a max speed of 200 pcs/min/line, warmed by a 4 kw heater on a 220V, 3Phases, 30KVA power supply. 3-LINE SLITTING & GUSSETING T-SHIRT BAG MAKING MACHINE

This machine is for big width film, can heat slit & sealing the film into 3 lines, then pass gusset units to have 3 lines printed T-shirt bags. The heat slitting device can maintain the stable temperature in operation to ensure the strong sealing. Equipped with servo motor & controller made in Japan to provide high speed production & exactly bag length. Jumbo roll lift-up unit uses automatic machine arm instead of labor to lift up the jumbo rolls. Air shafts are for easier operation & save time. Waste conveyor delivers the waste of film to the indicated position after punch. Finished bag fold device folds the T-shirt bags in half to save the labor working time.
