The TOSBR-40-G2+OS-C is Ming Jilee's fully automatic high speed T-shirt bag and bottom sealing bags-on-roll (with core) making machine, built with hot slitting and a side gusseting device to produce rolled T-shirt bags in one automated line.

It runs a bag length of 350 mm and bag width of 180 - 330 mm, processing film at 0.006 - 0.035 mm thickness at a max speed of 200 pcs/min/line, warmed by a 4 kw heater on a 220V, 3Phases, 30KVA power supply. The line winds a jumbo roll of W1200 x Ø900 mm down to a finished roll of W330 x Ø150 mm.
