PSB 系列--同向双螺杆进料机是PSM同向双螺杆押出机的重要周边设备，由弘煜机械有限公司以多年实务经验设计制造。 PSB同向双螺杆进料机设有大型入料口，可顺畅入料。其螺杆有共轭、非共轭等多种型式，可依照所加工之原料形态及物性的不同，选择适用的螺杆，且螺杆的更换快速方便。配置同向共轭型双螺杆时，会具有强大的正位移动输送能力，及螺杆自清功能，亦具有进料量高、进料稳定等特点，加上其良好的排气效果，特别适用于各种粉未型、潮湿型、低摩擦系数型及粉粒混合型等塑胶原料或辅料的进料。如配置单头、T形螺纹、非共轭型螺杆时，因其具有较深的螺槽和较宽的螺槽容积，可广泛适用于各种粒状、片状、纤维状及粉状物料的增量输送。 PSB进料机通过下料管与本公司出产的PSM同向双螺杆押出机的主进料口联接，亦可依客户需求配合至其他厂牌的押出机使用。此外，依据实际加工制程或客户要求，还可增配预混装置、震荡装置和加热及冷却装置，以符合实际制程之需要。
