切粒系统: 水下( 模面)

该系统由三通阀，模头，冷却水室，切粒机，循环水管，离心脱水机等组成，配合周边之循环冷却水系统组合而成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融，由三通阀切换进料经由模头出料，在出料的瞬间，由切刀将塑胶切割，切割后的塑胶粒由循环水带向脱水机，此切粒之塑胶粒一般成圆球状。此系统特别于模面直接与水接处，所以温度控制相当重要，适用于低熔点、高粘度、不易水冷的塑胶材料，最常用于具弹性之塑胶材料。在操作上使用PLC控制易上手，刀具模面运转耗材成本低，且通过水下(模面)切粒系统生产的颗粒形状和大小均匀。主要用于PP、TPU、TPR、TPE等塑料。

W833 IML is one of the models under our ultra high speed side entry IML robot line.   Under the ultra high speed side entry IML series, we have two regular models - W833 and W853 for the different size injection machines.   W833 is recommended to fit for the machines below 280 tons.
