Spaghetti Type Recycling Machine(GSR Series)

The GSR Series is JANDI'S water cooling, spaghetti type recycling machine for polyethylene and polypropylene film scrap. Film is fed by a spiral feeder into the extruder, and the melt is extruded through a spaghetti type die head into strands; the strands are cooled in a stainless steel water tank, dried by a blower and cut into pellets by a pull and cutting unit with a rotary cutter and fixed blade. A screen changer driven by an AC motor with reducer filters the melt ahead of the die.The series covers a range of extruder sizes and motor ratings so that capacity can be matched to the scrap volume of a film or bag plant; the figures for each model are listed per model in JANDI'S GSR specification table. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, hydraulic screen changer, second extruder, vibrating screen and an air blower with storage tank. The KML-25 is a compact LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line for narrow-width film production, including applications such as car film. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring, then wound. The KML-25 produces film in 0.015-0.10 mm thickness and up to 150 mm width, with output between 5-15 kgs/hr. The extruder runs a Ø 25 mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 2-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 3 HP motor with inverter. The die unit uses a Ø40 mm die with a Ø100 mm air ring, and the take-up section operates at speeds up to 45 m/min.
