FS-BT-S采用2站式伺服旋转台及侧吹系统之设计:在射出瓶胚后,伺服旋转台转向180度,由伺服螺杆将瓶胚口模移至恻吹区吹塑成型。使用侧吹系统之设计,节省并增加生产空间,让瓶胚剪尾装置及成品输送可以架在机台内部,达到完全自动生产。此机种适用于短时间内生产小瓶子。 FS-BT-J也适用于生产宽口瓶此机种和FS-BT-S有等同的生产优点,但是适用于生产宽口瓶此机种之结构较大、较高之射出量及较强之锁模力。采用2站式之机台设计是镀塞之创新设计,FS-BT-S/FS-BT-J仅需较少的瓶口模穴、较低模具成本和更有弹性之模板空间,节省成本。当生产多样的产品时,模具成本是重要的投资成本。银塞射吹设计是简化和创新之生产设计,相对降低成本。

AC Small Motor with Gear Box -K Series】 This is a AC small motor combined with a gearbox. The motor is from 6W to 150W, and is used with the gearbox. The standard ratio of gearbox is from 1/3 to 1/180. If the gearbox ratio does not meet the requirements, you can replace the gearbox simply. The products are divided into single-phase motors equipped with capacitors or three-phase motors.
