计量式色母混合机SCM

SCM系列计量式色母混合机适用于新料、次料、色母或添加剂等的自动比例混合。该产品的马达减速比为38:1，螺杆直径区分为12、16、20、30mm四种，可演变出四种机型提供0.1~110kg/hr的不同输出量供客户选择。另有双色色母机，可依客户需求搭配任意两台色母机合并使用。若客户使用四色色母机可实现五组份自动比例混合。当用于PET高温场合时，可采用高温型色母机SCM-H，该机型需注入常温冷却水。 SCM支持挤出机模式，当用于搭配挤出机使用时，只需简单的线路调整，即可实现色母计量与挤出机螺杆转速的联动，保证色母的添加比例始终稳定。由于色母料的添加比例比较小，其消耗量也较小，则可搭配正压空气填料机VL实现色母料的自动补充。

The KML-65 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line for wide-format film production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KML-65 processes film in 0.025-0.15 mm thickness and 400-1400 mm width, with output between 50-105 kgs/hr.The extruder runs a Ø 65mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio with 4-zone auto thermo control on the barrel, driven by an AC 50 HP motor with inverter.
