For 47 years, Chi Chang has been designed and manufacturing fully computerised lines for sheet & film extrusion and co-extrusion. Our highly qualified team of engineers, operators and technicans has always been searching for high extrusion technology to meet your requirements. After years reserching since our first PP hollow profile sheet extrusion line in 1987, our new generation will produce PP hollow profile sheet with width from 1200mm to 2500mm, thickness from 2mm to 10mm and output upto 500 kg/hr. In the mean time, we are pleased to introduce our new PC hollow profile sheet extrusion line. It is able to produce two-layer and three-layer PC hollow profile sheet with width 1200mm & 2100mm and thickness 5mm-10mm (two-layer) and 16mm (three-layer), and output upto 500 kg/hr.

The MGA-17G-700 is a laundry bag sealing and cutting machine that fuses PE film layers with heat while a blade cuts the bag to finished length in a single production stroke. It processes single-layer PE film from 0.02 to 0.1 mm in thickness into bags from 250 to 600 mm wide and 150 to 2,000 mm long. Output runs 2 to 100 pcs/min, depending on the feeding length set for each bag size. Optional equipment includes an upgrade of the E.P.C. system to electrical type, a 3-inch unwinding air shaft, and a complete heat sealing mold set for PP film, extending the machine to a wider range of bag specifications. The KMH-MINI is a compact HDPE blown film extrusion line built for smaller-format inflation film production. Within PRM-Taiwan's plastic inflation machinery category, HDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film through a die and air ring before take-up and winding. The KMH-MINI produces HDPE film in 0.008-0.10 mm thickness and up to 550 mm width, with output between 15-32 kgs/hr.The extruder uses a Ø 40mm screw at a 26:1 L/D ratio, driven by an AC 15 HP motor with inverter and backed by 3-zone auto thermo control on the barrel.
