The KML-80 is a high-speed plastic inflation machine for blown film extrusion of LDPE and LLDPE resins, producing film up to 2,000 mm wide for applications such as plastic farm film and car film.The extruder unit is fitted with an Ø80mm screw at a 30:1 L/D ratio and a 75 HP AC driving motor with inverter, supported by 7-zone auto thermo control. The GHR series is a die face cutting type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. film scrap, producing pellets that can go back into the extruder. Scrap is fed into a stainless steel densifying tank with rotary cutters, then extruded through a hydraulic screen changer and cut at the die face; the pellets are dried in a stainless steel centrifuge unit and collected in a stainless steel storage unit. The series covers extruder sizes of 65 mm, 85 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.Motors with inverter are 50 HP, 75 HP, 100 HP and 125 HP across the four sizes, for maximum capacities of 120 KG/HR, 200 KG/HR, 300 KG/HR and 400 KG/HR. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, second extruder, film roll feeder and vibrating screen.
