Main Function

Convenient operation, reduced labor requirements, and uniform, stable compound quality.

Rolls

The rolls are made of chilled cast iron. Their interiors can be water-cooled or steam-heated.

Base

A one-piece welded steel-plate structure or cast-iron construction provides operating stability.

Bushings

1. Oil-seal type bushings.
2. The bearing housing is made of cast iron, with high-strength bearings installed in the bushing seat.

Lubricator Bushings

An automatic circulating lubrication system is used.

Roll-Gap Adjustment

1. Standard manual gap adjustment.
2. Motorized gap-adjustment equipment is also available as an option.

Reduction Gearbox

A fully enclosed three-stage reduction gearbox driven by helical gears. The gears are lubricated by an automatic splash-lubrication system.
