Perforated Bags on Roll Machine with Core

CWAP is for 2 lines non-printed or 1 line printed perforated bottom sealed bags or table covers on roll with core by changing finished rolls manually at maximum speed 250 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.
Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.
One set German made SICK photocell for 1 line accurate printed bags.
Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films, can be combined together to act as single section rollers for large film.
Taiwan made AC motors with Japan made YASKAWA inverters for rewinding shafts.
Machine stops automatically when:
1. Bags jammed.
2. Film is finished or broken.
3. Temperature below the setting.
4. Print is not at correct position.

Optional Equipment:

Slant shoulder bag sealing knife device.
Star sealed bag sealing knife device.
