CWAA+F is for 2 individual lines printed or non printed, thin or thick bottom sealed bags or top and bottom sealed bags at maximum speed 250 pcs/min.

Machine Features:

• Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bags' lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bags' lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Individual back feeding devices for stable tension of plastic films.

• Tensionless sealing knife for production of thick bottom sealed HDPE or LDPE bags.

• Hot pins for stacking of bags.

• Automatic conveyor device for stacking of finished bags.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
