CW-PR is for 2 lines printed or non-printed perforated flat bottom sealed bags or star sealed bags on roll with core at maximum line speed 100 meter/min/line.

Machine Features:

• Suitable for the production of HDPE, LDPE and recycled polyethylene materials.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shafts, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control with Japan made YASKAWA inverters for film rolls.

• Two sets Japan made YASKAWA servo motors and servo drives control bags' lengths precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bags' lengths and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) to guide the film at correct position.

• Two sets German made SICK photocells for 2 lines accurate printed bags.

• Two triangle folders before sealing unit for star sealed bags.

• Up and down heated sealing device.

• Servo driven rewinding shafts for fast changing rolls speed and precise position.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
