The MGA-22A-800D is a flower bag making machine with an in-line heat dotting device, producing tapered flower bags and sleeves for bouquet and single-stem flower packaging. A Japan-made servo motor provides precise size control, and two dancing roll stations maintain film tension during production.

The heat sealing bar station uses a Ming Jilee-designed linear bearing slider that allows easy size adjustment. A pin stacking station and auto conveyor system let operators collect finished flower bags or sleeves directly for the next packaging step. An optional USA-made punching station is available for creating holes in the bags or sleeves.
