KF94 Fish Type Mask Machine with In-Line Print Registering System

The MSK-KF94-PF is a KF94 fish type mask machine with an in-line print registering system, converting non-woven fabric rolls into finished KF94-shaped masks through nose wire insertion, ultrasonic welding, ear loop attachment, and cutting in one continuous operation. The mask body is constructed from 245 mm water-repellent fabric, 245 mm melt-blown or water jet melt-blown fabric, and a 245 mm hydrophilic layer.

The nose bridge cutter uses high-speed steel material for a longer lifespan, and the ear loop welding system is fully servo-controlled for quick, easy operation. Motor control reduces noise by 20% compared to traditional pneumatic systems, and an automatic counting collection platform sets a precise number of masks per stack to simplify packaging.
