Fully Automatic Super High Speed 2 Lines T-shirt Bag Making Machine with Hot Slitting and Side Gusseting Devices

CW-HG2 is a fully automatic super high speed servo driven machine for production of maximum 500 printed or non-printed bags T-shirt bags/min by 2 lines from jumbo film roll with hot slitting and side gusseting devices, unwinding unit including automatic lift up, tension control, air shaft, E.P.C and integrated in-line automatic punching unit.

Machine Features:

• Machine body is made of thick steel frame for stability at high speed operation.

• One set Japan made YASKAWA servo motor and servo drive control bag's length precisely and stable speed, reducing electric consumption.

• Bag's length and production speed can be set easily on the touch screen.

• One set German made SICK photocell for accurate printed bags.

• E.P.C (Edge Position Control) to keep the film at correct position.

• Hot slitting and side gusseting devices, special for T-shirt bags.

• Automatic lift up film roll unwinder with air shaft, reducing the number of employees.

• Automatic tension control with Japan made YASKAWA inverter for unwinding of jumbo film roll.

• Sealing device is turn over system for easy maintenance or change of hot cutting knives.

• In-line automatic punching unit with bags folding device, uses hydra-pneumatic cylinders for fast and precise punching of bags' handles.

• Punched-out scraps are collected by conveyor for recycling.

• Machine stops automatically when:

  1. Bags jammed.

  2. Film is finished or broken.

  3. Temperature below the setting.

  4. Print is not at correct position.
