The MGA-17B-700SP banana bag making machine converts P.P./P.E. blown film into finished bags in a fully automated production line, reducing labor cost and increasing output. Synchronized cutting and sealing keep bag size uniform, produce a neat, clean seal, and reduce waste.
A choice of precision, durable punching molds with a low breakdown rate works with punching-sensor movement to hold precise, stable punching position. Parts support the machine's control and monitoring systems, and the sealing equipment's design accommodates different bag specifications and types for a wide range of applications. Optional equipment includes an electronic EPC, a 3" unwinding air shaft, punching molds for 20-38 or 85-120 holes, and setups for arc-shaped or non-woven banana bag production.
