The MSK-400-S8-PF is a 3-ply medical mask machine with an in-line print registering system, converting non-woven and melt-blown fabric rolls into finished 3-ply flat-fold masks through nose wire insertion, ultrasonic welding, ear loop attachment, and cutting in one continuous operation. It supports registered printing cuts for precise designs and draws material from four unwinding stations feeding non-woven and melt-blown materials.

A nose bridge flattening device supports mask quality, and the ultrasonic welding device is Taiwan-made. Servo-controlled ear-loop cutting keeps pace with production speed, and an automatic conveyor moves counted, stacked masks smoothly to packaging.
