1. Integrate discharging, powder supply, liquid supply, and pelletizing system into one extrusion line. The supply systems allow different spec manufacturing for future development. Also, it can reach 150-400 kg per hour. *Productivity should be differed according to different formula.
2. The powder and liquid supply system conclude the process of feeding, weighing, and delivery, and could be finished by a human-machine interface system.
3. The special screw is born for PVC manufacturing. The screw design can avoid high temperature or over-cutting from the process which takes good care of the quality of the PVC pellet.

Equipped with a dual-filtration system, the machine filters materials through a primary screen, followed by vacuum degassing, and then passes through a secondary filter before pelletizing via die-face cutting.
