多组转子协作剪切，产能高效：
J1400通过多组转子协作剪切，可根据生产需求决定转子启动数量，大幅提高产能、降低电流冲击。动刀与定刀大角度剪切，有效解决传统单辊设计无法剪切薄壁管的问题。
管材一次性破碎，节能降本：
设备进料口宽度达1400mm、长度达6米，可直接容纳市面主流大口径管材整根进料，无需预切割拆解，大幅简化前置工序，有效节约能耗和降低生产成本。
配备智能控制系统，安全可靠：
先进的全自动液压上料系统能利用液压装置分级调节，确保机器平稳运行；采用独立控制电箱，西门子PLC控制；全机结构设计稳固, 可靠, 并配备液压安全门方便安全而效率地维修。
