水环式切粒机

PSF 系列--水环式切粒机，是由弘煜机械有限公司为配合塑、橡胶原料制粒生产而自行研发的水环式粒设备，亦为同向双螺杆押出机重要的周边设备。 PSF水环式切粒机主要用于高聚物材料的水环制粒，适用于多数塑胶或橡胶材料，特别是硬度较低的材质。 PSF水环式切粒机的垂直切刀与出料孔板自动贴面，并在直驱马达传动下，以高速离心切粒。此外，刀具设计与水流配合，使冷却良好的切刀处于低温状态，亦使粒子不易黏附于切刀上，并可调整切刀转速，以控制粒子大小，确保粒子外观品质。 PSF水环式切粒机亦配合本公司之PSL离心式脱水机共同运用，可形成完整配置之水环制粒系统。

该系统由模头，冷却水槽，切粒机等组成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融，由模头出料成圆条状，由操作人员牵引入水槽冷却，再牵引入切粒机切粒。适用于热塑性塑胶的填充改质造粒，目前使用于大多数塑胶之生产，结构简单，操作方便，维护容易，造价低。大部份塑料都适用。
