The JIT Series is JANDI'S in-line shopping bag making line. Blown film extrusion, printing and bag making run as one continuous process, so resin enters at one end and finished, printed shopping bags leave at the other; there are no intermediate film rolls to store, transport or re-load. This listing covers the series as a whole, which is offered in mono-layer semi-automatic and full-automatic types, an ABA full-automatic type and a two-colour full-automatic type. Because the steps are linked, JANDI'S describes the line by what it removes from a conventional three-machine set-up: separate handling between extrusion, printing and bag making, the floor space and storage for film rolls, and the die-cut scrap, which is recovered on-line and fed back. Line composition, printing configuration, bag size and output are configured with the buyer at quotation. The GF-J/SV Series is a T-shirt bag making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S GF-J/SV shopping bag machines: a servo-driven, heat-cutting bag maker that seals and cuts tubular film into T-shirt bags, set up for biodegradable film such as PLA and PBAT based compounds. As in the GF-J/SV range, the machine uses a tensionless sealing knife on a flat silicone sealing base, a heat-cutting blade, temperature controllers for the sealing and cutting stations, and a printing scanner for registering printed film. The SV models are fed from a pneumatic-lift jumbo roll unwind stand. Cutting width, cutting length, film thickness range and production speed are model-dependent and are confirmed at quotation. The KML-45/55 is an LDPE/LLDPE blown film extrusion line offered in two model variants for plastic shopping bag production. Within the plastic inflation machinery process, LDPE/LLDPE resin is extruded and inflated into tubular film before take-up and winding.
