The KMTL-4545T is a twin head (A/B/A layer) HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE plastic inflation machine that produces double output film at widths up to 400 mm per head, for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.Each head runs a Ø 45mm screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio, driven by a 20 HP AC motor with inverter. The ABA die unit uses Ø60/80 mm dies with a Ø120 mm air ring per head. The KMTL-50S is a 2-layer ABA blown film extrusion line for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film, used in applications such as car film, food packaging, and courier bags.The extruder unit runs Ø 50mm ×2 screws with a 30:1 L/D ratio and 25.8 kw of heating capacity across 8 auto thermo zones, feeding a rotating die (die diameter H: 100/150 mm, A/B/A) with a Ø 165 mm air ring for bubble cooling.
