WACL-1300系列机台有别于一般干式贴合机,针对于冷冲模比较厚的复合材料,需要比较精准以及适当的张力控制, 所以此机台是为了冷冲膜类产品设计,干燥烘箱内铝导轮以马达带动,并与机台速度同步,薄膜也以极低的摩擦力通过,大幅度的降低表面刮痕。另外,烘箱内也配备LEL的气体浓度侦测装置,当在生产途发生溶剂气体浓度过高的情形时,系统将会大量地自动将废气排出。此机型可以同时进行预涂布及热封胶正反两面涂布功能。另外涂布单元可以更换凹板或三轮式涂布系统,涂布推车内含循环系统,可以快速更换及方便清洁。
