The TINY-BW28 is a laboratory blown film machine for water soluble material. It is the water soluble counterpart of JANDI'S TINY-28 tiny inflation machine, sized for lab use, small and thin film samples and colour testing rather than production, so that PVA based compounds can be blown into sample film on a small extruder before a full-size line is specified.Like the TINY series, it is a compact single-layer unit with a small-diameter screw, a blown film die, a take-up unit and a single-station surface-friction winder, operated from a temperature control panel. The GF-R/SV Series is a bag-on-roll making machine configured for biodegradable material. It is the biodegradable-film version of JANDI'S servo-driven semi-automatic GF-R/SV bag-on-roll machines: tubular film is sealed and perforated at each bag length and wound into rolls of tear-off bags, using PLA and PBAT based compounds instead of polyethylene.The machine follows the GF-R/SV layout, with a tension-type sealing knife, a perforating knife of teeth or band-saw type, a silicone roller sealing base, a temperature controller and a printing scanner for printed film. Single-line and two-line models are available in the range, with maximum cutting width, cutting length and production speed depending on the model; longer cutting lengths are available on request. Bottom Sealing Bag Making Machine (Heat Cutting)(GF-J/SV )

The GF-J/SV series is a heat-cutting bag making machine for bottom sealing bags, the type used for shopping bags and T-shirt bags where the bottom seal and the cut are made in one heated operation. The series covers the GF-J20E/SV, GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV. The GF-J20E/SV makes a single lane up to 430 mm wide, while the GF-J32E/SV and GF-JD32E/SV run two lanes of 330 mm each; maximum cutting length is 750 mm on all three, on film from 0.008 - 0.08 mm, with length accuracy of + / - 1 mm.Production in non-stop operation is 220 CYCLES per minute on the GF-J20E/SV and 200 CYCLES on the two-lane models. Sealing uses a tensionless sealing type knife and a heat-cutting blade on a flat silicon base, with two or three temperature controllers depending on the model. SV models add a pneumatic lifting jumbo roll unwind stand, a servo drive system for bag length adjustment, digital control, rubber-roller out-feed with air blowing, and an automatic conveyor stacking unit.
