The MGA-06Z-800D is a high-speed zipper bag making machine with in-line zipper strip lamination, producing resealable zipper bags such as Ziploc-style, IKEA-style, grape, and slider zipper bags. Three sets of servo motors control web tension for high-speed production, and the in-line zipper strip sealing station bonds the zipper strip in the same pass as side sealing.A Taiwan-made PLC controller provides stable operation, with bag size set by servo motor. 立式撕碎机-Z 系列

Z系列立式撕碎机(废钢破碎机、金属破碎机、废钢撕碎机)主要用于废旧金属回收领域,对经双轴撕碎机预碎过的金属进行二级处理,将粘合于金属表面的其它物料进行清洁,并将不同材质的金属相互剥离,以便其它设备(如磁力分选机、涡电流分选机)分拣。箱体顶部的锤头将物料击碎从而使物料进入滚刀盘和箱体耐磨衬板之间的碎料空间;经过滚刀的碾压研磨,金属表面得到有效清洁,不同物料得以剥离。金属被碾压至一定尺寸(50-80mm)后经底部滚刀盘和箱体的间隙进入出料仓由刮料装置排出。经过以上三个步骤加工,金属颗粒在未经打包压实处理的情况下适合运输的需求,从而降低运输成本,减少设备投入。
