For producing PE stretch/cling film, PIB liquid adhesion system can inject liquid adhesion into screw directly to save resin cost & adjust the stickiness ratio you need. Purchasing PIB system can produce out-layer film non-sticky to prevent dust, in-layer film sticky to pack subjects. The KMTL-65 is a two-layer HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE high-speed plastic inflation (blown film extrusion) machine, producing two-layer PE film at widths up to 2,000 mm for applications such as car film and food plastic wrap.The extruder uses a Ø 65mm x 2 screw with a 28:1 L/D ratio and a 50 HP AC driving motor with inverter. The die unit is fitted with a Ø500 mm die and Ø550 mm air ring.
