Die Face Cutting Type Recycling Machine(GHR Series)

The GHR series is a die face cutting type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. film scrap, producing pellets that can go back into the extruder. Scrap is fed into a stainless steel densifying tank with rotary cutters, then extruded through a hydraulic screen changer and cut at the die face; the pellets are dried in a stainless steel centrifuge unit and collected in a stainless steel storage unit. The series covers extruder sizes of 65 mm, 85 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.Motors with inverter are 50 HP, 75 HP, 100 HP and 125 HP across the four sizes, for maximum capacities of 120 KG/HR, 200 KG/HR, 300 KG/HR and 400 KG/HR. Options include a conveyor with metal detector, crusher, screw conveyor, vacuum pump, pressure gauge, second extruder, film roll feeder and vibrating screen. 该系统由模头，冷却水槽，切粒机等组成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融，由模头出料成圆条状，由操作人员牵引入水槽冷却，再牵引入切粒机切粒。适用于热塑性塑胶的填充改质造粒，目前使用于大多数塑胶之生产，结构简单，操作方便，维护容易，造价低。大部份塑料都适用。

该系统由模头，水环室，切粒机，冲水流道，离心脱水机等组成，配合周边之循环冷却水系统组合而成。塑胶原料经押出机熔融出料，经由模头出料，在出料的瞬间，由高速旋转的切刀将塑胶切割，切割后的塑胶粒被甩落下方，由水环室内循环水膜带走并冷却，经由冲水流道带向离心脱水机，可以防止粘附塑胶颗粒，同时将塑胶颗粒冷却，此切粒之塑胶粒一般成圆扁状、圆柱状、圆球状。此系统特别于模面不与水接触，刀具模面运转耗材成本较低，且通过水环(模面)切粒系统生产的颗粒形状和大小均匀。目前主要用于LDPE、HDPE、PP等塑料。
