The MGB-RP-120 is Ming Jilee's air cooling type recycling and pelleting machine, reprocessing HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE waste film back into resin pellets. Waste material can be fed directly into the inlet without pre-crushing in a separate crusher, since the machine's construction smashes and pellets the material in one step.Operation is straightforward: each heater's temperature is preset in advance, and once all temperature gauges reach the set point, the operator waits roughly 20 - 30 minutes before starting. The KCR-120 is a film/bag waste plastic recycling machine for HDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE film or bags, crushing and reprocessing the waste into pellets at an output of 200-300 kgs / hr.Waste is crushed by a 30 HP crusher, moved via a 2 HP screw conveyor into a 5" feed size, then collected in a 1400 L waste tank before entering a single-degasification Ø 120 mm screw (L/D ratio 30:1) heated at 80.8 kw across 7 zones and driven by an AC 100 hp inverter motor. The GHR series is a die face cutting type plastic film recycling machine for HD, LD and LLDPE and P.P. film scrap, producing pellets that can go back into the extruder. Scrap is fed into a stainless steel densifying tank with rotary cutters, then extruded through a hydraulic screen changer and cut at the die face; the pellets are dried in a stainless steel centrifuge unit and collected in a stainless steel storage unit. The series covers extruder sizes of 65 mm, 85 mm, 100 mm and 120 mm.Motors with inverter are 50 HP, 75 HP, 100 HP and 125 HP across the four sizes, for maximum capacities of 120 KG/HR, 200 KG/HR, 300 KG/HR and 400 KG/HR.
