PSX系列--高压液体注料机，是弘煜机械有限公司为塑橡胶或食品药品在混炼制程中，需要高压注液功能而特别设计制造的，为PSM双螺杆押出机在混炼押出过程中极为重要的外围设备。
累重式计量配色混料系统 (ADMG)

节省成本：采用自动累重式计量装置，精确地计量少量的粉粒状塑料、色母或添加剂。 操作简易、节省人工：人机接口智能操作接口，输入每批量的百分比，重设大小供料数值，即可运作。可配合网络连接计算机远程维护程序或问题解决，提供最有效率、最经济的操作模式。 自动顺序连续累加计量：在其他原料添加时，不会影响计量的精准度，特殊计量装置会自动顺序连续累加计量。 报表记录追踪：故障数据依日、月、年，分秒进行历史数据记录供维修保养参考。 容易清理且不占空间：不锈钢材质美观、耐用，分区式设计结构拆装容易，方便清理，控制箱附挂于主机机构上，不另占空间。
称重式拌料混合机-SGB

• Evenly mixing of materials after accurately weighing, control accuracy strictly of ±0.1~±0.3%. • Auto calibration after each material weighting ensures accuracy. • Up to 100 recipes can be stored for later use. • Alarm log function. • All parts detachable for easy cleaning. • For SGB-600 and models below, machine mount model is the standard supply (equipped with magnetic base,manual discharge valve), optional pneumatic slide gate is available also. • For SGB-2000 and models above, floor stand is the standard supply (equipped with moveable floor stand, storage hopper and pneumatic slide gate), optional SBU suction box is available also. • Has the function of recycled material compensation (recycling hopper is standardly equipped with low level switch). 秤重式色母混合机SGD

SGD秤重式色母混合机适用于色母或添加剂等的自动计量。该产品马达减速比为38:1，螺杆直径区分为12、16、20、30mm四种，可演变出四种机型提供0.04~60kg/hr的不同输出量供客户选择。 SGD支持挤出机模式，当用于搭配挤出机使用时，只需简单的线路调整，即可实现色母计量与挤出机螺杆转速的联动，保证色母的添加比例始终稳定。由于色母料的添加量比较小，其消耗量也较小，则可搭配正压空气填料机VL实现色母料的自动补充。
单螺杆进料机

PSA系列--单螺杆进料机是同向双螺杆押出机的重要周边设备，由弘煜机械有限公司以多年实际经验设计制造。 PSA进料机设有大型入料口，能使物料输送顺畅。具有螺杆型式可以选择的特点，并可依照所使用的物料形态及物性，选择不同型式的输送螺杆，包括双标准输送螺杆、单头输送螺杆、T型输送螺杆及弹簧式输送螺杆，螺杆的更换快速方便。 PSA进料机通过下料管与本公司出产的PSM同向双螺杆押出机的主进料口联接，亦可依客户需求配合至其他厂牌的押出机使用。另外，依据加工制程或客户要求，另可增配预混装置、震荡装置及加温或冷却装置，以配合实际生产之需要。

Side Sealing Bag Making Machine(GF-S/SV Series)

The GF-S/SV series is JANDI'S range of servo-driven side sealing bag making machines, covering four cutting widths so that a converter can match the machine to its bag sizes. The GF-24SE/SV pairs with the GF-S600/SV at 600 mm cutting width, followed by the GF-32SE/SV and GF-S800/SV at 800 mm, the GF-40SE/SV and GF-S1000/SV at 1000 mm, and the GF-50SE/SV and GF-S1200/SV at 1200 mm.
